Description

The Department of Geography and Environmental Studies at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) invite you to participate in the 2024 Annual Meeting and Conference of the Ontario Division of the Canadian Association of Geographers. The conference will take place November 1-2, 2024 at TMU’s downtown Toronto campus.

This year’s conference is part of a larger celebration of the 50th anniversary of TMU’s Geographic Analysis program, the first stand-alone degree offered at the university. We hope you can come and celebrate this milestone with us.

Abstract for posters, presentations, and thesis presentations will now be accepted until Friday October 20, 2024. The form for submissions can be accessed here. (EXTENDED)

Registration:

Registration for the conference will remain open until Friday November 1, 2024. Please note: presenters who submit an abstract but do not register will not be included in the final program.

Conference Fees (prices do not include taxes or fees):

Students (undergraduates, graduate students, post-docs), K-12 Teachers, <$40,000

Non-CAG Member	$50

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation and refund of registration fee is possible until October 25, 2024. There is a $15 administration fee for cancellation. No refunds after October 25.

Registration Instructions:

Step 1 - Log into your CAG account or Enter Contact information [Continue]
Step 2 - Select and add your registration type (under Quantity) [Continue]
Step 3 - Fill in your registration details, including any dietary restrictions.
Step 4 - Select if you are presenting at the Conference. If you are presenting, please ensure that the abstract has been submitted. Abstracts can be submitted here.
Step 5 - Complete the payment.

Le département de géographie et d'études environnementales de Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) vous invite à participer à la réunion annuelle et congrès 2024 de la division de l'Ontario de l'Association canadienne des géographes. Le congrès aura lieu les 1er et 2 novembre 2024 sur le campus de TMU au centre-ville de Toronto.

Le congrès de cette année fait partie d'une plus grande célébration du 50e anniversaire du programme’s d'analyse géographique de TMU, le premier diplôme autonome offert à l'université. Nous espérons que vous pourrez venir célébrer cette étape importante avec nous.

Les résumés pour les affiches, les présentations et les thèses seront acceptés jusqu'au vendredi 20 octobre 2024. Le formulaire de soumission est accessible ici. (PROLONGÉ)

Inscription :

Les inscriptions au congrès seront ouvertes jusqu'au vendredi 1er novembre 2024. Veuillez noter que les présentateurs qui soumettent un résumé mais ne s'inscrivent pas ne seront pas inclus dans le programme final.

Politique de remboursement/annulation :

L'annulation et le remboursement des frais d'inscription sont possibles jusqu'au 25 octobre 2024. Des frais d'administration de 15 dollars sont prélevés pour l'annulation. Aucun remboursement n'est possible après le 25 octobre.
